The Brief:
Aim to drive call numbers during the festive period and support 118 118’s above the line marketing activity.
What We Did:
We had Ten 118 118 branded taxis to roam the streets of London for the month of December, with FREE rides to lucky Londoners on December 15th.
We developed a Facebook campaign to give fans the chance to win free rides across the festive season.
Results:
- During the campaign there was a 177% increase in fan numbers on 118 118’s Facebook page, adding over 16,000 new fans.
- Total viral reach of 216,394 unique fans throughout December on Facebook with an average of 780 fans per day / 5,724 per week talking about the campaign.
